My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms had received some upgrades, especially the bathrooms and TVs, making them spacious and comfortable. The proximity to Levi Stadium was a huge plus. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location was perfect for exploring the Bay Area, and the dining options were delicious, though a bit busy. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything we needed for a great stay.
My stay in the 1 bedroom king suite at the hotel was great overall, but there were some cleanliness issues with trash found underneath the beds. The service was incredibly attentive, with thoughtful emails before and during my stay. The location was perfect for me, being only a 5-minute walk from my office. The dining experience was appreciated though lacking in vegetarian options, and the facilities were adequate for my needs.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were large and very comfortable, I loved the bed, but had to deal with some issues getting assistance from the staff when my money was stolen. The lobby was nice overall.
